Risk and Property
The goods are shipped free port, insured with charge on the invoice; in the event that the goods were sent carriage forward, following the customer's indication, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from their warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods and in any case no later than 7 days, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by fax or registered mail, to futurebikeitalia.it to the commercial reference. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail. In the event of an error in the delivery of the material, the replacement can only take place after the material has returned to the warehouse according to the method agreed with the customer service and in any case the transport costs for the replacement will be borne by futurebikeitalia.it. In the event of a purchase error by the customer, the product can be replaced after appropriate contact with customer assistance. Transport costs will be charged to the customer with the same methods applied during the purchase. Any notification beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
Orders
Orders are accepted exclusively through the futurebikeitalia.it website. The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order, or by electronic mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number; in the hypothesis that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be understood as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or lack of product.
Prices
All the prices entered on the site, in the relative column, are to be understood as prices including VAT. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.
Payments
The goods supplied must be paid for by credit/debit card, Paypal or bank transfer, except for different conditions which must be agreed in writing with futurebikeitalia.it.
Warranty
All the products we sell are covered by a minimum 24-month warranty. In the event of problems with a product during the warranty period, the customer will only be responsible for the costs necessary to send the product for which assistance is requested to the manufacturer to our office. All other expenses, including transport for final delivery to your home, are entirely borne by futurebikeitalia.it.
Returns and Refunds
Futurenergy Rinnovabile Srl with registered office in Via Argine Polcevera 16D, staircase A, 16161, (GE), is the owner of the futurebikeitalia.it domain.
The contract stipulated between Futurenergy Rinnovabile Srl and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Futurenergy Rinnovabile Srl. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by futurebikeitalia.it by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain an Order Number, to be used in any further communication with futurebikeitalia.it. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Futurenergy Rinnovabile Srl guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
Futurenergy Rinnovabile Srl issues an invoice for the shipped material, sending it by e-mail to the order holder, pursuant to article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid.
Right of withdrawal - Return of the product
Purchases made on futurebikeitalia.it, like all remote purchases by telephone or correspondence, as they take place outside commercial premises, are protected by the Legislative Decree. 21/2014, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, can return the same products or waive the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in prepayment site.
Therefore, pursuant to and by effect of art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the goods.
This right consists in the right to return the goods purchased from the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, with the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price, appropriately deducted from the shipping costs incurred in the first shipment. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons who act for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by resellers and companies, i.e. those orders where a VAT number reference has been entered in the appropriate form, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term of 14 working days from receipt of the goods, a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: Futurenergy Rinnovabile Srl, Via Argine Polcevera 16D, staircase A, 16161, (GE).
The communication can also be sent, within the same term, by telegram or email to info@futurebikeitalia.it, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
This communication must contain the codes of the products to be returned, as well as information on the methods of reimbursement of the expenses incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank details.
The products subject to rethinking must be returned by the consumer, in conditions of substantial integrity, to the address specified by Futurenergy Rinnovabile Srl during the withdrawal phase.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, or in the case of:

– danneggiamento del prodotto per cause other than transportation.
Once the goods have been received and their integrity has been verified, the price paid for the returned products will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days, minus the amount of shipping costs which are always the responsibility of the buyer.
Futurenergy Rinnovabile Srl reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods.
Return of the product and refund
Within 14 days from the date on which the buyer communicated his wish to withdraw, he must return the goods in intact condition and with the original packaging.

The return can be made through the courier of your choice. We strongly advise you to return the product by registered mail or with postal tracking and, if necessary, to take out insurance for the commercial value of the returned products with the courier so that you can protect yourself in the event of loss or damage.
This contract is regulated by the Italian law. In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will have jurisdiction, if located in Italy. For any other dispute, however, the Court of Genoa will be competent.
